We require a valid driver license, clean driving record and 1-3 yrs landscape Experience. Irrigation experience is a plus. A typical day with our landscaping crews includes: Believing that your personal responsibility and punctuality is what makes your day on the job start well Ability to motivate and manage a crew to produce optimal results Using your attention to detail, strong work ethic, honesty and communication skills to complete tasks assigned by your Account Manager Having pride in your ability to complete a task and enjoy the positive results of your effort Showing ownership by having the initiative to see a job, no matter how small, and giving the task your best effort.
