ABOUT THE UNIT

Primarily responsible for performing and coordinating routine grounds maintenance functions. Plans, designs, and executes landscaping projects as directed. Coordinates schedule and monitors lawn service contractors. Maintains all ground related equipment in good mechanical condition. Ensures the cleanliness of exterior areas and assigned storage areas. Receives and rotates miscellaneous hospital files as needed in storage facility.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred 3 Years Grounds Maintenance Experience Preferred
