Description:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lawn Care Crew Member to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in outdoor work, enjoys being part of a team, and has prior lawn care or landscaping experience. Our company services residential and commercial properties in the Sumner County area .

Requirements:

At least 1 year of lawn care or landscaping experience required Experience operating equipment such as zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, edgers, and blowers Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Valid driver's license is a plus but not required Candidate must be willing and able to work a schedule averaging 50-60 hours per week, depending on operational needs.

Responsibilities:

Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing properties Assisting with property cleanups and general landscape maintenance Operating and maintaining lawn care equipment safely Working efficiently as part of a crew to complete daily routes
