Landscaping Crew Member We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and hardworking Landscaping Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on landscaping experience, takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work both independently and as part of a team. This is a hands-on outdoor position that requires someone who is comfortable working in various weather conditions and is willing to work hard to get the job done right. Responsibilities Mow and maintain lawns using commercial lawn equipment Operate weed eaters/string trimmers and other landscaping equipment Trim and maintain shrubs, bushes, and other plants Install and maintain mulch and other landscape materials Perform general landscape cleanups and property maintenance Assist with planting, edging, trimming, and other landscaping tasks Properly operate and care for landscaping equipment and hand tools Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail Work independently when needed and effectively as part of a crew Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and expectations Requirements Previous landscaping experience required Experience operating commercial mowers and weed eaters Experience with mulching, trimming, and general landscape maintenance Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to work well with others as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and reliable Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time Reliable transportation to and from work Must be able to safely perform the physical duties required for landscaping work What We're Looking For We want someone who is reliable, hardworking, experienced, and takes pride in their work. If you know your way around a mower and weed eater, understand how to properly mulch and trim, and can be counted on to show up and get the job done, we'd like to hear from you. Experience is required.
