Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, mulching, and edging to keep outdoor spaces healthy and attractive Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, excavators, irrigation systems, and hardscape machinery safely and efficiently Install and repair irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules for diverse plantings Identify plants, trees, shrubs, and pests to support healthy growth and effective pesticide management practices Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal while adhering to safety protocols Maintain grounds by performing snow plowing during winter months and ensuring pathways are clear and safe for visitors Assist with landscape design projects involving hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Follow all safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents and promote a secure work environment Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscaping principles and grounds maintenance techniques Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment operation including mowers, power tools, excavators, and irrigation systems Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture practices, pesticide management, and tree care techniques Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Knowledge of safety protocols related to equipment use, chemical handling, and outdoor work environments Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely for quality results Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in landscaping and groundskeeping Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes that inspire communities!
