Job Description
Overview We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and want to be part of a professional landscaping team. At our company, we believe in doing the job right the first time. We take pride in delivering high-quality lawn care and landscaping services while treating our customers and teammates with respect. Duties Pulling weeds and maintaining landscape beds Trimming and pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges Installing and transplanting trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape plants Installing mulch, pine straw, rock, and other ground coverings Cleaning and defining landscape bed edges Assisting with landscape renovations and new installations Safely operating landscaping equipment and hand tools Loading, unloading, and transporting materials Following company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional job site Working efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality Qualifications Prior landscaping experience is required Being comfortable driving a truck and trailer is preferred Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment operation and troubleshooting Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, lawn care equipment, and groundskeeping machinery confidently Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, and irrigation systems is highly desirable Strong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments and equipment use Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude towards teamwork and customer service Having your Tennessee Applicator License is not required, but preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement A respectful, team-oriented work environment High-quality equipment and tools Performance-based raises and incentives for employees who consistently produce quality work Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces while advancing your skills in landscaping!
