Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor environments Operate a variety of groundskeeping equipment such as lawnmowers and power tools safely and efficiently Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal with precision and safety adherence Maintain hardscape features such as pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment Skills Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools for efficient operation and troubleshooting Extensive experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and groundskeeping practices Knowledge of pesticide management practices in compliance with safety standards Skilled in operating heavy machinery such as tractors and skid-steers for larger landscaping projects or site preparation Outdoor work experience demonstrating resilience in various weather conditions while maintaining high-quality standards Embark on a fulfilling career where your skills transform outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes!
