HHM CPAs is looking for a part-time janitor and groundskeeper to help with the upkeep and cleanliness of our building here in Memphis, TN. This position combines indoor janitorial duties with outdoor groundskeeping or minor handy-man responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys a mix of tasks, takes initiative, and maintains high standards to keep spaces looking their best. Early morning shift from 5am to 2pm is preferred, but can be flexible.

Your Responsibilities:

Perform custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills Refill soap dispensers and paper towel holders Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and break rooms Mowing, trimming, edging, power washing, and various other landscaping tasks
