SUMMARY:
Keep Stones River Manor's grounds in clean and orderly condition.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties may be assigned. Trims around walk ways, flower beds, and walls Cleans grounds and removes litter Waters lawn, shrubs, and flowers Cleans out drainage ditches and culverts Pressure wash surrounding areas Clean windows Sharpens tools such as weed cutters, edging tools, and shears Makes minor repairs on equipment Performs custodial and maintenance duties as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Less than high school education
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to speak effectively with residents and coworkers
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid state driver's license:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Regularly required to lift and/or move 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move 100 pounds
