THE POSITION

You will be working with Operations on daily logistics and sometimes in tandem with our maintenance crew, installing detailed landscape and hardscape designs, property clean ups, maintenance and other related labor tasks. Operate hand and gas powered tools/machines Drive company trucks/trailers throughout Nashville and surrounding areas for jobsite commuting, plant/material/machine pick ups and delivery ID and select plants at nurseries, delivery and layout of plant designs Estimate material quantities This position is for 35-50 hours weekly dependent upon weather. Work hours vary between 7am-5pm depending on the day. Must be open to working some Saturdays. Pay $24-30/hr depending upon experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Provide a portfolio of past work. Applicants without a portfolio will not be considered.

Plant knowledge:

Ability to ID common perennials/annuals and be well versed in landscape installation and maintenance methods. (There would be some training to go over company standards to further your knowledge and skill.) Experience with pruning, hand weeding, trimming, mulching, edging, hardscaping. Can operate power tools, gas tools, mowers, weed eaters, machinery, etc. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work year round in varying weather conditions Has drivers license, good driving record and able to drive a large truck or trailer Reliable, communicates well and can work independently Ability to install/use a couple phone apps daily
