Job Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Maintenance Team Members to join our dynamic crew. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining beautiful outdoor environments by performing a variety of groundskeeping, landscaping, and equipment operation tasks. Your enthusiasm and commitment to safety will help us deliver exceptional service while fostering a positive work environment. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment including power tools, lawn mowers, excavators, and irrigation systems with precision and safety in mind Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to support horticultural health and landscape design goals Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and supporting healthy growth while adhering to safety protocols Assist with hardscape installations and maintenance to enhance outdoor aesthetics and functionality Follow safety procedures diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment Skills Mechanical knowledge for operating power tools. Strong understanding of landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and lawn care techniques Ability to identify plants, trees, and shrubs accurately for proper care and management Familiarity with gardening principles, hardscape features, and snow plowing when applicable Commitment to safety protocol adherence during outdoor work activities Prior outdoor work experience demonstrating reliability and physical stamina
