Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscaping Specialist and bring outdoor spaces to life with vibrant greenery, beautiful hardscapes, and lush lawns! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing landscapes through hands-on work with a variety of tools and equipment. Your expertise will help create stunning, functional outdoor environments that inspire and delight. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and watering to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawnmowers, excavators, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Install and repair hardscape features like pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Manage irrigation systems to optimize water usage and maintain healthy plant life Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal while adhering to safety protocols Apply pesticides and fertilizers responsibly for pest control and plant health management Maintain grounds by performing snow plowing during winter months and ensuring safety standards are met at all times Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment, power tools, irrigation systems, and groundskeeping machinery Ability to identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and pests relevant to horticulture practices Knowledge of pesticide management procedures and safety protocols for chemical application Skilled in operating heavy equipment such as excavators or similar machinery for landscape projects Familiarity with gardening techniques, lawn care practices, hardscape installation, and tree care methods Commitment to safety protocol adherence during all outdoor activities Excellent physical stamina for lifting, bending, digging, and working in various weather conditions Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful retreats!
