Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Indoor Landscape Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing indoor plant environments at businesses throughout Abilene, ensuring plants remain healthy, vibrant, and attractive. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with plants, is dependable, and is comfortable working independently at customer locations. Responsibilities Perform routine plant maintenance including pruning, watering, fertilizing, cleaning, and general plant care at client locations throughout Abilene. Safely operate basic hand tools and plant-care equipment. Identify common plant species and recognize issues related to pests, disease, watering, or environmental stress. Install and replace indoor plants and planters as needed. Conduct regular inspections to monitor plant health and appearance. Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous service while working at customer locations. Follow safety procedures during all tasks. Qualifications Previous experience with plants, gardening, greenhouse work, landscaping, or similar work is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of plant care is preferred. Ability to lift and carry plants and equipment and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and reaching. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Dependable and able to work independently. Willingness to learn. Training will be provided.
