We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our professional crew and deliver high-quality gardening and landscape services.

Position Details:

Pay:

$15-$20/hr (depending on experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, with occasional

Saturdays Location:

Abilene, TX Key Responsibilities:

Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges. Plant flowers, trees, and shrubs. Monitor plant health. Maintain client properties through mowing, string trimming, edging, and debris removal. Operate professional lawn and landscape equipment with precision and care. Demonstrate respect for team members, clients, and property at all times.

What We Are Looking For:

1-2 years of hands-on experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is preferred, though a positive attitude and reliability are our top priorities. Knowledge of plant care, pruning techniques, and regional plant life. Ability to work long hours outdoors, lift at least 50 lbs, and perform strenuous tasks (bending, kneeling). A valid driver's license is required for transporting equipment.
