Park Manager Position Overview Elmdale RV Park is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Site Services Attendant to help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our community. This hands-on role is essential to ensure our amenities, common areas, and rental units meet high standards and create a welcoming environment for residents and guests. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain common areas, including the park office, restrooms, and shared amenities such as laundry and fitness spaces Perform routine trash collection and ensure overall park cleanliness and presentation standards are met Prepare and clean rental units after move-out, including full interior cleaning, linen resets, and reporting any damage or maintenance needs Monitor property conditions and report cleanliness, safety, or facility concerns Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and keep storage areas organized and stocked Support daily, park operations, including light grounds upkeep and responding to on-site needs Follow company procedures and checklists to ensure consistent quality and timely completion of tasks Adhere to all safety policies, including proper use of equipment, chemicals, and PPE, and report hazards promptly Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or property turnover preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Compensation & Benefits Pay based on experience What We Offer • Competitive pay based on experience • Growth opportunities
