This is a hands-on outdoor role — no landscaping experience required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. What You'll Do Mow, edge, and trim lawns at residential and commercial properties Trim hedges and shrubs, and assist with basic planting Spread mulch and maintain flower beds Perform yard cleanup — leaves, debris, and seasonal cleanup work Load, unload, and safely operate hand tools and basic landscaping equipment Help maintain a clean, organized work truck and trailer Represent Verdant Property Co. professionally when working on client properties What We're Looking For A reliable pickup truck and proof of insurance are required . Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat and varying weather conditions Comfortable with physical work — lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Punctual and dependable — shows up on time, ready to work Positive attitude and works well as part of a small team Prior landscaping/lawn care experience is a plus, but not required Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license required Schedule & Pay 10-20 hours per week to start, with flexible scheduling around your availability $15-$18/hour depending on experience Verdant Property Co. is actively growing — strong performers have a real path to increased hours and a full-time position as we take on more clients.
