•Aubrey, TX 76227 We are seeking a dependable Porter/Groundskeeper to assist with the overall cleanliness and appearance of an apartment community in Aubrey, TX 76227.
Job Duties:
Maintain cleanliness of community grounds, breezeways, and common areas
Remove trash and debris throughout the property
Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and exterior upkeep
Power wash walkways, breezeways, and exterior areas as needed
Assist the maintenance team with basic tasks
Help prepare vacant units by removing trash and completing light cleaning
Ideal Candidate:
Dependable, hardworking, comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, and able to work independently.
