Our Landscape Technicians are the backbone of every project — skilled, dependable, and dedicated to craftsmanship. Responsibilities Perform installation of landscape and hardscape features including plantings, sod, irrigation, stonework, pavers, and outdoor living elements Operate equipment such as skid steers, compactors, and power tools safely and efficiently Follow plans, layouts, and directions from the Crew Lead and Project Manager Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times Assist with material handling, grading, and site prep Ensure all work meets Spanish Oaks' high quality standards and attention to detail Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Represent Spanish Oaks with professionalism on client properties Qualifications 2+ years of experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or outdoor construction preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions year-round Familiarity with basic tools, equipment, and materials used in landscape construction Positive attitude and strong work ethic Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Company uniforms provided Growth potential within a fast-growing company Paid training and advancement opportunities
