We are looking for motivated individuals who are comfortable working outdoors, willing to learn, and ready to perform general landscaping and grounds maintenance duties. Responsibilities Perform general landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks. Assist with mowing, trimming, edging, and other lawn care duties. Help maintain outdoor areas and keep work sites clean and organized. Load, unload, and organize landscaping materials and equipment. Follow safety procedures and company guidelines. Perform other general labor duties as assigned. Requirements Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable and dependable. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
