Responsibilities Perform grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure well-kept landscapes. Operate landscaping and groundskeeping equipment safely and effectively. Assist with planting, mulching, and other landscaping activities to enhance the aesthetic appeal of outdoor areas. Maintain irrigation systems, including installation, repair, and routine checks to ensure proper watering of landscapes. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members. Support team members in various outdoor labor tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites to ensure efficient project completion. Skills Prior outdoor work experience is preferred. Knowledge of grounds maintenance practices including mowing, trimming, and landscaping techniques. Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation tools safely. Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and maintenance is a plus. Strong attention to safety protocols and procedures. Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
