The ideal candidates will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining the beauty and functionality of our landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to lawn care, tree care, and hardscaping, ensuring that all grounds are well-kept and visually appealing. Duties Perform lawn care activities including mowing and weedeating. Conduct tree trimming and care to maintain safety and aesthetics. Operate power tools safely for various landscaping tasks. Maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Mechanical knowledge is preferred for operating and maintaining equipment. Experience in lawn care, tree care, or landscaping is a plus. Ability to operate power tools effectively and safely. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Willingness to learn new skills related to grounds maintenance.
