Job Description

PRIMARY DUTY

Performs routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance, landscape area and construction/maintenance work; operates small hand-powered tools and equipment and operates motorized vehicles; occasionally performs work involving large equipment such as tractors, loaders and gang mowers.

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Knowledge of methods and materials used in grounds and landscape area construction/maintenance work Able to use hand/power tools and equipment Able to follow oral and written directions Able to work indoors/outdoors and operate a motorized vehicle Must be 18 years old Must be available to work weekends and holidays

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES REQUIRED

Valid Class "C" Texas Drivers License with good driving record
