Property Maintenance Technician Job Type:

Live-In RV Technician Housing:
On-site RV space provided as part of the position About the Position We are looking for a dependable, experienced RV Technician to live and work on-site. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, troubleshooting RV systems, maintaining property, and taking pride in keeping everything safe, clean, and operational. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing RV repairs and maintenance, assisting with site and property upkeep, and responding to maintenance issues as they arise. On-site living is an essential part of this position. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain recreational vehicles. Troubleshoot RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, propane, appliances, and other systems. Perform routine preventative maintenance on RVs and equipment. Inspect RVs for leaks, damage, safety issues, and needed repairs. Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. Maintain and repair RV hookups, including water, sewer, and electrical connections. Assist with maintaining the grounds and common areas. Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized. Respond to maintenance issues and emergencies when needed. Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and maintenance performed. Communicate professionally with residents, guests, owners, and management. Follow all applicable safety procedures and local codes. Perform other reasonable maintenance duties as needed. Qualifications Previous RV technician or RV maintenance experience preferred. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Working knowledge of 12V/120V electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and RV appliances. Ability to diagnose problems and determine appropriate repairs. Basic knowledge of carpentry and general property maintenance. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated. Good communication and customer-service skills. Ability to safely lift, carry, climb ladders, and perform physical maintenance work. Valid driver's license preferred. RVIA certification or other relevant certifications are a plus. Live-In Requirement This is a live-in position , and the technician will reside on-site in an RV space provided by the property. The live-in arrangement is intended to provide an on-site maintenance presence and does not mean the employee is expected to be available 24/7. Regular working hours, responsibilities, compensation, and any after-hours/on-call duties will be clearly defined by management. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly or salary compensation based on experience. On-site RV space provided. Utilities and other housing-related benefits to be discussed as part of the employment package. Potential for additional compensation for approved after-hours/on-call work. We are looking for someone who will treat the property and RVs with care and take pride in keeping the operation running smoothly.
Pay:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
