Commercial & Residential Position Summary All Temps Personnel Services is seeking a dependable full-time Landscaper to perform basic lawn care and landscaping duties at commercial and residential properties. This position is responsible for helping maintain clean, safe, and attractive outdoor areas while providing reliable and professional service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns at commercial and residential properties. Trim shrubs, hedges, small trees, and other vegetation as directed. Remove weeds, leaves, branches, trash, and debris from lawns and landscaped areas. Plant, water, mulch, and maintain flowers, shrubs, grass, and other landscape materials. Use lawn mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, hand tools, and other basic landscaping equipment safely. Clean sidewalks, driveways, entrances, parking areas, and outdoor common areas after completing work. Load, unload, and move landscaping tools, equipment, supplies, soil, mulch, and plant materials. Perform basic cleaning and routine care of assigned tools and equipment. Report damaged equipment, irrigation concerns, safety hazards, or property damage to the supervisor. Follow jobsite instructions, company safety procedures, and required PPE practices. Provide courteous and professional service while working at client properties. Assist with other landscaping, groundskeeping, or general labor duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements Basic landscaping, lawn-care, groundskeeping, or outdoor-maintenance experience preferred. Ability to safely use common landscaping tools and equipment. Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned work efficiently. Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions. Ability to perform physically active work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying materials. Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team. Professional conduct while working at commercial and residential properties. Safety and Work Expectations Maintain a safety-first approach and immediately report hazards, injuries, or equipment concerns. Protect client property and leave each work area clean and presentable.
