Overview Position Summary:

The Landscaping Crew Member plays an integral role in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance and installation services for commercial properties. This position supports daily field operations, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute commercial landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, planting, and mulching. Assist in the installation of landscape projects such as sod, plantings, hardscapes, and irrigation systems. Operate and maintain commercial-grade landscaping equipment in a safe and responsible manner. Support crew leaders in planning and completing daily work assignments according to project schedules. Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and meet company and client quality expectations. Follow all safety policies and procedures, maintaining a culture of safety awareness on every job site. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to promote efficiency and teamwork.

Qualifications:

Prior landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred; commercial property experience is an asset. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Reliable transportation to job sites and consistent attendance. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
