$65,000 - $75,000 plus DOE + Full Benefits An exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced Landscape & Property Maintenance Professional to join the established grounds and facilities team of a prominent private family in the Park Cities area of Dallas, Texas. The family maintains an impressive 17-acre estate supported by a long-standing staff of approximately 17 professionals. This position will work as part of a four-person grounds crew, reporting to the Property Maintenance Manager. The existing team is close-knit, respectful, and highly experienced, with very little turnover. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a beautiful property, enjoys working outdoors, has practical facilities and mechanical knowledge, and values being part of a professional, well-run team. Responsibilities Maintain approximately 17 acres of landscaped grounds, including extensive ponds and water features that flow into a creek. Perform general lawn and landscape care, including mowing, weed eating, edging, hedge trimming, limb cutting, pruning, and seasonal clean-up. Assist with seasonal plantings and maintain a strong awareness and recognition of plants, trees, and landscaping needs. Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and assist with repairs to sprinkler and irrigation systems. Support the maintenance of ponds, pumps, filters, irrigation equipment, cooling towers, and other property mechanical systems. Clear leaves, branches, and debris throughout the property and maintain the grounds to an exceptional standard. Perform pressure washing, painting, and general exterior property maintenance as needed. Identify maintenance concerns proactively and communicate them to the Property Maintenance Manager. Assist with holiday and seasonal décor, including installation and removal. Work collaboratively with the grounds team and wider household staff to ensure the estate is consistently maintained and presentation-ready. Ideal Candidate The family is seeking an experienced, hands-on professional with a genuine background in landscaping, groundskeeping, estate maintenance, facilities, or a combination of these disciplines.

Candidates should be dependable, practical, hardworking, and comfortable working as part of an established team. A positive attitude and the ability to get along well with colleagues are particularly important, as the current staff has worked together successfully for many years.

A clear command of English is required. Basic or conversational Spanish would be advantageous but is not essential.

Schedule & Compensation Schedule:

Monday-Friday, approximately 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, with flexibility when required. Some holiday work will be necessary, particularly to support seasonal property needs and holiday décor.

Salary:

$65,000 - $75,000, depending on experience and qualifications, with consideration given to an exceptional candidate.
