We are looking for someone with experience with landscaping installations. Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy. Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators under supervision to complete landscaping projects. Support hardscape installation efforts by preparing sites, laying pavers, or setting stones for pathways and patios. Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and basic tree health assessments to promote safety and growth. Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or blockages and ensuring proper operation for optimal watering. Support construction activities related to landscape projects while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery like excavators is preferred. Experience or interest in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture or related outdoor work is highly desirable. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of lawn care practices such as mowing, aeration and, fertilization enhances your fit for this role. Strong work ethic with attention to detail; willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and construction. Prior experience in tree care or hardscape installation is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Must have reliable transportation and availability as travel to jobsites includes West El Paso and Las Cruces areas. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
