This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, gain hands-on experience with landscaping techniques, and develop valuable skills in landscape maintenance, and safety protocols. As a Crew Helper, you will assist skilled professionals in , cutting grassing, trimming, edging, and other landscape tasks while ensuring safety and efficiency on every job site. Duties Assist with tree removal, pruning, trimming, and planting using appropriate tools such as chainsaws and hand tools. Help with landscape maintenance tasks like lawn care, plant pruning, and general yard cleanup. Follow strict safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members. Prepare work sites by setting up equipment, securing tools, and ensuring proper safety measures are in place. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of tree care and landscape aesthetics. Qualifications Prior outdoor work experience and a strong interest in landscaping, for at least 3 years Knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) is a plus but not required. Familiarity with edging, trimming, lawn mowing, and blowing. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working at heights using safety harnesses. Understanding of tree care practices including pruning, trimming, and plant health assessment. Commitment to safety protocol adherence and maintaining a safe work environment.
