Role Expectations As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you will be responsible for performing daily lawn maintenance services safely, efficiently, and to the quality standards expected by Clear Choice Outdoor and our clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Performing lawn maintenance services including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, pruning, and other routine landscape maintenance tasks. Operating lawn care and landscaping equipment safely and properly. Assisting with loading, unloading, and maintaining company equipment and materials. Keeping equipment, tools, vehicles, and work areas clean and properly maintained. Working cooperatively with your assigned crew to complete daily jobs efficiently and professionally. Following directions from Crew Leads and management. Paying attention to detail and ensuring work is completed according to company quality standards. Communicating property concerns, equipment issues, or other field needs to your Crew Lead or management. Maintaining a professional appearance and representing Clear Choice Outdoor positively while on client properties. Treating client properties, equipment, and materials with care and respect. Following all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and client-specific instructions. Demonstrating reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
