Head Groundskeeper Overview:

Join our team and gain hands-on experience in professional stadium operations. This position is an excellent opportunity to learn field and facility maintenance at a high level while contributing to the game-day experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily field maintenance including mowing, infield clay repair, edging, and hand watering.
• Assist with fertilizing, sod work, and landscape maintenance.
• Support infield tarp deployment and removal.
• Maintain shop and office areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with field preparation on game days — painting, dragging, and setup.
• Assist ballpark operations with various stadium tasks.
• Help with various other projects and duties as assigned by the Head Groundskeeper.

• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment operation.

• Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
