Job Overview Role:

Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader Reports To:

Field Supervisor or Operations Manager Location:

Field-based (Travels to various residential or commercial properties)

Primary Responsibilities Supervise Crew:

Direct, train, and motivate a team of 2 to 5 field technicians.

Perform Maintenance:

Lead mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, and mulching tasks.

Operate Equipment:

Safely use and field-maintain commercial mowers, blowers, trimmers, and edgers.

Quality & Safety:

Enforce safety rules, wear proper PPE, and ensure high-standard property finishes.

Admin & Communication:

Track hours, report daily progress and field logs

Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

2 to 3 years of hands-on landscaping experience in commercial landscape maintenance, with prior leadership preferred.

Driver's License:

Valid state driver's license with a clean record and experience driving trucks with trailers.

Physical Strength:

Ability to lift up to 50-60 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Communication:

Good verbal communication skills (bilingual in English/Spanish is a strong plus).

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
