$16.00 - 17.00 Position Summary ASAP Personnel is seeking a qualified Porter to support apartment communities while delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Maintain property cleanliness. Remove trash and debris. Clean breezeways and common areas. Maintain pool and amenity areas. Assist with pressure washing. Support move-out cleanups. Monitor curb appeal. Assist maintenance staff as needed. Maintain grounds appearance. Follow safety procedures. Qualifications Relevant apartment industry experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license where applicable. Preferred Qualifications Apartment industry experience strongly preferred. Experience with Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, or MRI where applicable. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. CPO certification is preferred. #INDARL #EP
