COURSE CREW MEMBER
.We're looking for a dedicated Golf Course Crew Member to assist in maintaining pristine grounds and an exceptional playing experience for our members and guests.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This role is responsible for the daily maintenance and overall presentation of the golf course. Crew members work closely with the Superintendent and team to ensure greens, fairways, tees, and surrounding areas meet high-quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough using specialized equipment Edge, trim, and detail around bunkers, cart paths, trees, and landscaping Rake and maintain bunkers to ensure proper playing conditions Set up the course daily (cup cutting, tee markers, signage, trash removal) Operate equipment such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, utility vehicles, and small tractors Assist with irrigation tasks including hand-watering, checking sprinkler heads, and reporting issues Apply basic turf care practices (divot repair, soil maintenance, debris removal) Monitor course conditions and communicate any concerns (disease, damage, hazards) Maintain cleanliness of maintenance areas, equipment, and storage facilities Follow all safety procedures and proper equipment handling guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to work early morning shifts (typically starting between 5:00-6:00 AM) Willingness to work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions Ability to perform physical labor (standing, walking, lifting, bending, repetitive motion) Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Previous golf course or landscaping experience preferred, but not required
SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY
Full-time Must be available for some weekends and some holidays
