Immediately Job Description Responsibilities/Qualifications are: Ability to operate lawn equipment, tractors, backhoes and other maintenance equipment and tools. HVAC knowledge or training would be beneficial. Perform semi-skilled and skilled work in several areas of the building trades in order to maintain buildings and equipment in the district. Willing to learn new trades and gain additional certifications. Ability to communicate effectively with the maintenance director, faculty, and staff.
