PURPOSE :

The Ground Crew position is a valuable, hybrid position that supports the efficient execution of plant (Stationary and Portal) locations in the day-to-day operations. In addition, this position ensures that the facilities, trucks, and equipment are clean. This position supports daily concrete and material productions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ability to operate: Skid Steer Loader, Forklift/Telehandler, Ski Left Functions as a back-up to the Loader Operator Responsible for filling-up Saddle Bags/Water Tanks in Trucks Performs basic maintenance on the Plant buildings and equipment: Painting Scrub paint Clean Mixer Trucks Gease equipment Clean equipment Clean break room, bathrooms, refrigerator Ability to drive the Water Truck 1Ability to work flexible shifts both pertaining to days of the work and work hours. Performs other duties as required.
