Join Our HC Lawn Care Team HC Lawn Care is looking for a reliable and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. We're a local, family-owned company that values integrity, excellence, and service to our community. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in a job well done, we'd love to have you on board. Position Summary As a Lawn Care Crew Member, you'll help us maintain and beautify residential properties across Kerrville and the surrounding Hill Country area. This hands-on role includes a variety of lawn maintenance tasks and is ideal for someone who's dependable, motivated, and enjoys working in a team setting. Responsibilities Mow, edge, and trim lawns to keep properties looking clean and neat Perform landscaping tasks such as mulching, weeding, and planting Safely operate lawn equipment and power tools Assist with trimming shrubs and small tree care as needed Keep equipment clean and well-maintained Follow daily work schedules and complete tasks efficiently Provide friendly, respectful service to clients on-site What We're Looking For Prior lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person Able to work outside in all types of weather Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Team player with good communication skills Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks Why Work With Us?
