Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Landscape Laborer to join our team! In this role, you will be actively involved in maintaining and enhancing outdoor environments through various landscaping tasks. Your energy and attention to detail will help deliver beautiful, environmentally conscious landscapes that meet our high standards. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance, gardening, and construction while contributing to eco-friendly projects. Duties Assist with landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators for landscaping projects Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure efficient water use Perform lawn care tasks like aeration, fertilization, and weed control Help with hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting Maintain cleanliness of work sites and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times Experience Prior experience in landscaping or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided for eager learners Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools and power tools is advantageous Knowledge of lawn care practices and landscape maintenance techniques is a plus Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators or snow plows is beneficial but not mandatory Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills in horticulture, irrigation, and hardscape construction Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions Join us at Eco Services where your hands-on skills will help create sustainable landscapes that leave a lasting impression!

Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
