Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader (Driver Required) Urban Landscaping & Irrigation | DFW Area Are you the type of person who likes being outside, staying active, and actually seeing the results of your hard work at the end of the day? What You'll Be Doing:

Driving a company truck + trailer to job sites (you're the captain ) Leading and working alongside a small crew Mowing, edging, trimming, blowing — making properties look AMAZING! Making sure jobs are done efficiently and correctly Keeping your crew on track and motivated Communicating with the team and occasionally with clients

What You MUST Have:

Valid Driver's License (non-negotiable) Comfortable driving a truck + trailer Reliable, shows up on time, ready to work Leadership mindset (you don't have to be perfect, just willing to lead) Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather

BONUS POINTS

(Not Required): Experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping Crew leader experience
