Job Description
TransMaquila Inc. is 24-year old transportation company with a terminal located in Laredo Texas. We are currently looking for a Custodian/ Groundskeeper to join our fast-growing team! Our employees enjoy benefits such as, but not limited to: Medical Benefits Life Insurance 401k Matching Paid Time Off (PTO) Vacation Pay Holiday Pay Bereavement Leave As a Custodian, you will be responsible for: Coordinate and schedule time to perform thorough cleaning of the building (offices, restrooms, kitchen, conference rooms, lobby, trash, etc.) Sweep, mop, and maintain floors Keep cleaning equipment (mops, brooms, dust pans, vacuum cleaners, etc.) clean and in good working order Clean and organize supply room Replenish restroom supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.) Other job duties as assigned Maintains green spaces by weeding, trimming, and pruning. Removes unwanted or unhealthy plants, shrubs, and trees, as well as downed limbs. Removes trash and other debris from outdoor areas.
