Available Help for . Responsible for maintaining the appearance and condition of outdoor spaces, including lawns, gardens, walkways, parking areas, and other grounds. Duties include mowing, trimming, edging, watering, fertilizing, planting, and pruning shrubs, trees, and flowers. Perform seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow and ice management, and debris cleanup. Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and related tools. Inspect grounds for hazards, report issues, and assist with grounds repairs and installations. Ensure that outdoor areas remain clean, safe, and inviting for clients and visitors. May assist with minor landscaping projects and collaborate with team members to complete assignments efficiently. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs required. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to follow safety procedures necessary.
