Our lawncare groundskeeper will be responding to work orders from property manager. You should have your own TRUCK. Pay is dependent on experience! The ideal applicant would meet the following

Criteria & Requirements:

Groundskeeping:

Includes mowing grass, pulling weeds, trimming shrubs, watering lawns and plants, replacing light bulbs along pathways and parking areas, sweeping or raking leaves, and tidying up bark or other ground covering Customer service: includes professional, prompt and courteous correspondence with renters when scheduling and providing groundskeeping services Availability to work: 30-40 hours per week Own a reliable TRUCK to pull the company lawn trailer along with a valid Texas Driver's License is required for this position. You will need to drive your own vehicle around to the property locations Related experience in GROUNDS KEEPING and property cleanup Knowledge of how to operate & maintain in good working condition all lawncare equipment High school graduate or equivalent Be flexible! Not everything will be brand new and in fact some of our houses are old and will definitely require creativity on your part to find the best solutions for needed work The drive to provide exceptional customer service with every interaction Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment Ability to understand and have working knowledge of hazardous, safety, and environmental warnings
