Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper/Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional industrial warehouse environment. This position is responsible for grounds upkeep, warehouse housekeeping, equipment operation, and general exterior and interior cleaning duties. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, able to work independently or with a team, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Schedule -

PART-TIME Monday-Friday:

7:00 AM - 11:30 AM 30-minute lunch break Weekend work as needed No on-call requirements Essential Duties & Responsibilities Pick up and dispose of trash throughout the property Clean and maintain parking lots and walkways Pressure wash exterior surfaces, docks, and common areas Clean trailer yard areas Perform dock cleaning and warehouse housekeeping tasks Clean interior and exterior windows Operate ride-on sweepers and ride-on auto scrubbers safely and efficiently Perform floor care duties, including waxing and polishing floors Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse and exterior areas Follow all company safety policies and procedures Report maintenance or safety concerns to leadership Assist with additional cleaning or grounds duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements Previous groundskeeping, housekeeping, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred Experience operating ride-on cleaning equipment preferred Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and work ethic Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods Ability to operate cleaning equipment and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions Work Environment This position works in and around an industrial warehouse environment.
