Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of community grounds, breezeways, and common areas

Remove trash and debris throughout the property

Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and exterior upkeep

Support the maintenance team with basic property maintenance tasks

Prepare vacant units by removing trash and assisting with light cleanup

Help maintain a safe, clean, and attractive environment for residents and visitors

Complete assigned tasks efficiently and professionally

Requirements

Previous porter, groundskeeping, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to property appearance

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
