Job Description
Landscape Maintenance Laborer We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Landscape Maintenance Laborer to join our commercial landscape maintenance team. This position focuses on the routine maintenance of commercial properties and HOA communities throughout the area. Responsibilities Commercial mowing using stand-on, zero-turn, and push mowers Weed eating/string trimming around buildings, trees, fences, and other obstacles Edging sidewalks, curbs, landscape beds, and other hard surfaces Blowing sidewalks, parking lots, entrances, and other hard surfaces Routine shrub and landscape bed maintenance Weed removal and general property cleanup Picking up trash and debris before and after service Loading, unloading, and maintaining landscape equipment Working efficiently as part of a maintenance crew Following crew leader instructions and company safety procedures Qualifications Landscape maintenance experience required 3+ years of commercial landscape maintenance experience preferred Experience operating commercial mowers, weed eaters, edgers, blowers, and other landscape maintenance equipment Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the workday Dependable transportation to the designated shop/meeting location Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a crew Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Approximately 40 hours per week Occasional additional hours may be available depending on workload and weather Pay $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience. We are looking for an experienced team member who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and understands the quality and efficiency expected in commercial landscape maintenance.
