This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape drainage, hardscaping, and flowerbed installation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a passion for outdoor work. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and weeding to ensure the health and appearance of gardens and lawns. Assist in hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks. Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and aesthetics. Properly install plants, mulch, weed barriers according to company standards. Follow safety protocols while working on-site to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to the highest standards. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with hardscape installation techniques is a plus. Proficient in the use of power tools and landscaping equipment. Experience operating heavy machinery such as a skidsteer or mini excavator is preferred. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical labor for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. A valid driver's license may be required depending on job duties.
