NO experience required. We will conduct a background check and pre-employment drug screen. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• cleaning and maintaining community pool
• keeping grounds clean, including powerwashing hard surfaces.
• assisting with trash-outs and some make ready help Requirements include being able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on occasion, working outside in the elements, following instructions, being pleasant with co-workers and residents, familiar with using basic tools like hammers, screw drivers, brooms, power washer. Pool maintenance experience a plus!.
