Description of Responsibilities:

Keep the grounds clean and free of debris, including trash removal and sweeping walkways, driveways and parking areas. Collaborates with external contractor for specialized services related to the upkeep of facility grounds. Coordinate with management to address any groundskeeping needs or concerns. Upkeep of environmental conservation practices such as recycling. Assist the execution of preventative maintenance program, pest control, sanitizing common areas in rest rooms and showroom. Coordinate with supervisors, team members or other departments to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

Able to plan, prioritize, and multi-task Attention to detail Maintain a positive attitude Adaptability to work in different settings as per seasonal demands
