The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining clean, attractive, and well-kept apartment communities and is comfortable performing a combination of landscaping, groundskeeping, cleaning, and general property upkeep

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Landscaping & Groundskeeping Maintain lawns, landscaping, trees, shrubs, and common areas Mow, edge, weed, trim, and blow as needed Pick up trash, litter, and debris throughout the property Maintain clean, attractive, and well-kept grounds Water and care for landscaping as needed Properly use and maintain landscaping tools and equipment Porter / Property Upkeep Keep breezeways, sidewalks, parking areas, and common areas clean Pick up litter and dispose of trash throughout the community Assist with cleaning and maintaining vacant units Help prepare vacant units for move-in Clean and maintain property amenities and common areas Assist the maintenance team with general property upkeep and miscellaneous tasks Report property issues, safety concerns, and needed repairs to the Property Manager Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents Qualifications Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, porter, or property maintenance experience preferred Multifamily/apartment experience is a plus Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Good communication skills; English verbal and/or written preferred Valid driver's license required

Must pass a background check Must pass a drug screening Must maintain a valid driver's license throughout employment
