Lawncare & Grounds Maintenance Worker Paris, TX | Full-Time $13.25/HR | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Do you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and seeing the results of a hard day's work? RPM Staffing is hiring Lawncare & Grounds Maintenance Workers to help maintain parks, green spaces, and public areas throughout Paris, TX. If you're dependable, motivated, and take pride in keeping your community looking its best, this opportunity is for you. What You'll Do- Mow, weed eat, and maintain landscaping in city parks
- Clean and restock park restroom facilities
- Remove trash, debris, and overgrown shrubbery
- Operate equipment including mowers, tractor/shredders, and backhoes
- Assist with drainage ditch maintenance and grounds upkeep
- Help keep public spaces clean, safe, and welcoming What You'll Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Texas or Oklahoma Driver's License
- Ability to obtain a Class B CDL within 3 months
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
