Job Description

The Aransas County Navigation District is hiring personnel to fill the position Facilities & Grounds Operative - Flex Duties consist of building and grounds custodial and maintenance work assisting construction crews and assisting boaters in and around the facilities. Position will be required to work on a rotating weekend basis and overtime as required. This position is classified as an "essential position" in regard to inclement weather and storm operations.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
High School Graduate or GED Must have ability to work on and near the water Must demonstrate ability to swim minimum 25 yards Must have ability to work extended periods outdoors in year-round weather conditions
